Points West Living Slave Lake
A new Points West Living continuing care project in Slave Lake. This project provides 52 new supportive & independent living units.
The layout uses a cottage based approach with two cottage wings of thirteen residents each per floor. The cottages are based around a common kitchen, living and dining area that provides a comfortable home like approach. Large main floor courtyard spaces and a second floor patio gives residents direct access to the outdoors.
This project is based on a nearly identical building placed in Cold Lake but has been updated and will be used as a standard template for future projects of a similar size in other parts of the province.
