Located in Jasper National Park, this 64-unit affordable housing development was constructed in three phases, and includes three and four bedroom homes. The project was developed as a collaborative effort with Loon Call Communities and the Caribou Creek Housing Cooperative.

The units are constructed on three separate parcels of land within the town site of Jasper, Alberta. Nineteen three-bedroom units sit on the first and second sites, while 45-additional units, a mix of three & four bedroom homes are located on the third site. These larger units included garages, as well as additional on-site visitor parking.

Every unit achieved a Builtgreen rating of Gold or Platinum, as well as Energuide ratings of 80 and above.
