A two and a half storey home situated in the Garneau neighbourhood of Edmonton, this house was designed by Rockliff Pierzchajlo on a 33ft2 infill lot. The overall form and massing is designed to be consistent with the context of the street and the roofline is in keeping with the area.
Clad with brick, cement siding and natural wood accents, this home features two patios that focus on creating a private but open area for entertaining and relaxation. The ground floor courtyard is surrounded on three sides with full height windows and is perfect for grilling with family and friends. The rooftop patio is perfect for smaller gatherings and quiet relaxation.
The interior was designed with polished concrete floors, wood accents and high quality finishes to give a durable, warm and timeless finish.
