Working closely with GEF Seniors Housing, we are creating a living document that identifies the preferred finishes, materials and systems for future new constructions, renovations, and capital improvements.  The standards are not intended to be specifications but to act as a guide to designers and those creating specifications.  It is intended to be updated at least annually or as products and technologies are upgraded.  The GEF Standards will identify the Owner’s Requirements for new construction and major renovation projects and guide product selections for site level capital improvements.
