Impressions Dental is a three story commercial building with main floor retail space, and a dental clinic occupying both the second and third floors.  The project offers new mercantile and health services to the community, delivered in a tactfully inserted infill structure along an underdeveloped part of Whyte Avenue.

This vibrant and unique building redevelops a vacant mid-block lot, contributing to continuity of streetscape and ultimately, neighbourhood growth.  Features include mosaic patterned terrazzo fire walls, full height curtain wall glazing, and open concept second and third floor dental offices.  A spiral staircase further highlights this double height space.
