Located on the east side of town in a new division, PWL Wainwright (Phase 1) is a four storey aging-in-place development for seniors.  Dedicated to the Eden Alternative and promoting independence, community, and active living, it is situated close to popular fast food chains, shopping, and groceries, and consists of 59 Designated Supportive Living units and 32 Independent Supportive Living (Rental/ Life Lease) units.  Unique common spaces, a beautiful garden courtyard, spa, and underground/ above ground parking are some of the features available to residents.  While the independent living units are self-contained, services from the assisted living section of the facility are available.   All residents can obtain services such as meals, home care, and other programs as needed.
